We have four rooms, three deluxe and one Superior. The tariff is Rs. 2200 for the Superior and Rs.1800 for the deluxe excluding tax. TAC is 10%.
Breakfast is complimentary. We serve Indian, Chinese and fast food ala- carte, the rates of which are as per the menu.
Buffet is also available. A typical vegetarian buffet of 1 soup, 1 starter, assorted Indian breads, pulao, dal, mixed vegetable, paneer in gravy, salad, chutney, pickle and papad along with 1 sweet dish would cost Rs.600/- per plate.
A typical non vegetarian buffet of 1 soup ( vegetarian or non vegetarian), 1 starter (vegetarian) assorted Indian breads, pulao, dal, mixed vegetable, chicken in gravy, fish in gravy, salad, chutney, pickle and papad along with 1 sweet dish would cost Rs.700/- per plate.
These rates are approximate and subject to vary according to the price of the dish on our menu.
With regard to rentals for events, our conference hall can be availed of for meetings and get – togethers (official and private). The hall charge is 2500/- . However if the number of pax is above 50, the charge is nil. The buffet rates have already been detailed above. We serve alcohol as per the brand of your choice. Should you desire to bring your own liquor, we charge a corkage of Rs. 250/- per bottle with an exception for beer and cold drinks.
A projector with screen and sound system is available for your use for a separate rate, should you require it.
Visitors are offered a tour of Dalowjan T.E situated 12 kms away from Golaghat Gymkhana. This visit is a tour of the garden 120 hectares in total, a visit to the factory where one can learn the finer nuances of tea making, a visit to the tea packaging house concluded with a session of tea tasting of a variety of grades. We charge a nominal fee of Rs 300/- per person for the garden visit. No charge is levied on children below 12 years.
Horse riding facilities free of charge are available should the tourists desire it. It can be undertaken early morning preferably to leave the tourists free for the garden visit which is best done in the afternoon. This is a separate activity and cannot be clubbed with the garden visit.
